The [social] shortcode can display social media links specified at WP admin dashboard -> Chap Theme -> Chap Shortcodes.
When the share attribute is set to true then the share links for the current page will be displayed instead.
Social sharing links can easily be appended to all posts by placing the shortcode into WP admin dashboard -> Chap Theme -> Code -> After post content textarea.
